Latest Press Release in Grand Forks Herald!

I was treated to a nice Christmas Gift on Monday morning, when I read the Grand Forks Herald's "Inside Business"section.

Actually, my Mom read it to me as I came out to eat breakfast!

Karboviak joins fitness network

Trainer Rick Karboviak, of Speed Dial Coach in Thief River Falls, has joined a network of fitness and sports training professionals. Karboviak is the newest member of a group of 15 independent personal trainers, all younger than 30. The "Young Fitness Masterminds" network was the brainchild of trainer Matt Elder, who was inspired after attending the Ryan Lee Boot Camp for Fitness Professionals this past September.

Karboviak performs personal fitness and sports performance training in a small group training protocol format. Individuals follow an individualized protocol for their needs, while being able to work out in a semi-private setting at the Thief River Falls Racquetball Club.
