Let's get started, shall we?
Tip of the Week: Saving 39 Minutes At Home
Some people just don't have the time for a fitness center workout,
or sometimes miss out on a workout they have scheduled for
themselves. Here are some quick tips on creating a home gym
with very little space used.
1. Get 2 sets of a 40# adjustable dumbbell set. This would be 80#
total for you, and give you 4 sets of dumbbell sizes to use. This
setup will give you a lot to choose from in weights and in the
exercises.
2. Get a stability ball. The average size is 55cm or 65cm for a
good one to use at home. This works as a bench, a core workout, and
all-around useful tool for many strength exercises.
3. Get a "KettleGrip" kettlebell handle. You can obtain one of
these online through http://ironwoodyfitness.com . You can use the
weights of your 80# dumbbell weight plates to create a kettlebell
weight that's right for you. If you get anything from this, do
the tried & true kettlebell swing for great cardio workouts in a
very small space. If you order one, I believe a free DVD comes
with it, too.
4. Jump Rope: did you expect anything else for me to say other than
the world's first cross-trainer, the Jump Rope? If jumping rope
isn't your thing, a child's hula hoop on the ground can be used for
shuffling and hopping drills to help you out with high intensity
cardio workouts, too.
All of the above can be bought for under $120 or less, if you find
them on some great deals. Right now, a lot of retail stores are
putting fitness stuff on clearance, making room for camping stuff
and so forth. So, take advantage of these specials & discounts
you may find!

Speed & Strength Clinics - At-Home
Recently I've lowered the prices of my two main e-books, the
"Endure!" e-book and the "Rocket Speed Training On A Budget" Series.
Each are now only $17 a piece. "Endure!" alone has been slashed by
$30, as part of my effort to reach out to more people and put this
in the hands of more runners and coaches.
The RSTOB package has been cut from $27 to $17 to also get it into
more hands of coaches who are looking for time-saving, money-saving
methods to use in the training of their athletes.
These are like getting speed & strength clinics with an at-home
study system, because both products also get a consultation with me,
regarding your goals and objectives.
Go right here to check out all the products that can save you
so much more than time & money:
http://tips.speeddialcoach.com
There you will find all the products & links to the Endure and
RSTOB e-book packages, as well as the T.I.P.S. ebooks, too.
