I'm still in the finishing stages of "Fear Not, Be Strong!", my training guide for Catholic Athletes. I've decided to add a section on fasting & prayer into the e-book, and the reasons why to do it.
I also just created some articles exclusively for John Izzo's http://standapartfitness.com. They will be on the topics of a new DVD review series, plus a loaded article on over-rated & under-rated things I've seen over the last 10 years as a volunteer & professional performance trainer. Be on the look-out at that site, and please, if you haven't done so already, sign up for his newsletter/announcement service (its f-r-e-e) and be ready for the next "Training Revolutions", issue #4, that is currently in the works. My 'Over & Under' article may be in TR4.
