"Mini-Max For The Track"

Greetings,
I've just released a new supplemental article to coincide with my "Mini-Max Method" guide. I've been getting some good reviews on it lately, but I thought that it could use a little more, or perhaps a substitute workout format for the "Speedy Cardio" section.
