In the past few weeks, I have started training once again as a part-time sports trainer, with my A.S.A.P Training System for athletes. Since I have a new home with a sizeable garage to house all my training implements of choice (barbell set, squat rack, kettlebells, & other toys), I began training 5 high school athletes in the latter part of July. So far they have enjoyed the brief, intense workouts of strength training & power training. We've even included some kettlebells & track sprint workouts in the mix.
